External Training is an exclusive event under Weekend Career Expo 2026 that offers participants the chance to gain direct exposure to professional environments and industry knowledge. The upcoming External Training is in collaboration with Unilever with the theme: “Understanding People, Driving Growth: Customer-Centric Lessons from Women in FMCG”.

The event consists of two sessions: an online case study and an on-site sharing session with Unilever. Through the series of activities, participants are expected to develop stronger analytical and teamwork skills while gaining practical insights into how real business challenges are approached in a professional setting.

Internal Training is an exclusive program under Weekend Career Expo 2026, intended for the top five finalist teams of the Essay Competition and Mini Case Competition. The program features a series of interactive sessions guided by experienced mentors, designed to enrich participants with deeper insights and professional perspectives.

Through Internal Training, each finalist team will receive focused guidance to strengthen their way of thinking, improve how they develop ideas, and communicate them more clearly.
